Our E-Design service is perfect for those who want professional design guidance delivered online, which allows you to bring your vision to life at your own pace, with expert support every step of the way.
We begin by getting to know you, your style, and how you use your space. Through a detailed questionnaire and shared inspiration, we build a clear understanding of your needs and preferences. From there, we develop a personalised design concept tailored specifically to your home.
Your custom design package will include everything you need to implement the space with confidence and you will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback, ensuring the final design feels just right.
Initial Consultation:

Your E-Design journey begins with a 30–60 minute video consultation, where we discuss your space, style, and goals to ensure a clear and personalised design direction.

Our designer will collect client data, along with photos, measurements, and any existing plans to fully understand the layout and opportunities for the space.

A fee proposal is provided, followed by the initial invoice with available payment options.
Design Concept:

The designer reviews your information and creates a clear design direction. This may include mood boards, colour palettes, preliminary floor plan, and initial ideas that capture the overall look and feel. The timeframe for this is 1-2 weeks from initial consultation.

We schedule a follow-up video consultation to review the design and discuss any refinements. The second invoice is then issued with payment options.
Concept Development:

A detailed concept is developed, including layout options, furniture selections, shopping links, finishes, and styling elements tailored specifically to your space.

We also provide an easy-to-follow guide with helpful tips and tools to support you in bringing your space to life.
Client Review & Revisions:

The design is presented for your review, allowing you to provide feedback. We carefully refine the concept based on your input to achieve a result that feels just right.
The Final Design Package:
Once approved, you’ll receive a comprehensive design package, including:
